Bun Bo Hue. A spicy noodle soup with a deep meaty stock. The noodles are thicker and rounder than your usual Pho noodles. They also pile on onions, green onions, bean sprouts, cabbage, pigs blood, thin slices of pork shoulder and vietnamese processed tube meat.
This is one of the better pho restaurants in Hamilton, seating-wise, food-wise and service-wise. Pho Dau Bo has one location downtown Hamilton on Canon St, and the other is on the mountain on Upper James St. The one we always go to is the newer one on James St.
