It’s located on Spadina and south of Richmond Street. Not a lot of parking around but easily accessible by streetcar. Sally and I came here on a beautiful warm afternoon but we chose to sit inside instead. Inside you’ll find tables and chairs in the dining area and a long counter to order if you’re just taking it to go. We sat by the window at the far end of the restaurant where we watched people come and go at the take-out counter. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was energetic.

I went with the Supernova Sandwich and Sally ordered the California Roast Chicken Club. My sandwich was delicious. Layers of smoked salmon topped with tomatoes, onions and cream cheese on a fluffy, sesame seed bun. It was an awesome and light midday snack.
What a Bagel is a great place to have a light and quick lunch. It has a casual atmosphere with breakfast foods and sandwiches. Nothing too fancy or over the top but also not boring!
