I lived around the corner from one of these and I was curious about their menu. Every time I visited, I ended up with a filled and happy belly. The location I went to had a clean, gray environment.

My first burger was The Works. It consisted of a beef patty, lettuce, tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, balsamic marinated caramelized onions, bacon, regular cheddar and GBC sauce. I also ordered a side of sweet potato fries. Surprisingly, the bun was my favourite part, warm, airy and light. On the menu, they have a selection of burger combinations or you can choose to create your own. Yes, there are tons of burger joints in Toronto and most of them are worth trying. I think GBC is also worth the visit if you enjoy a burger with an equal ratio of meat to bun. Well, the meat might be more than the bun, but delicious anyways!
