I’ve always wanted to try to poach fish because it seemed so effortless and easy. I looked up some recipes and they were all similar – make a simple poaching stock and simmer your fish for 5 minutes. Fool-proof way to make perfectly cooked, flaky fish.

5 bags of Alokozay’s Lemon Tea
5 cloves of Garlic, smashed
1 Onion, sliced
Sprigs of Thyme
Salt and Pepper
Water
1 fillet of Tilapia
